- Experience: 6 mth 2 yrs of exp. Working in C&B
- Should have worked on Compensation analytics.
- Should have fair knowledge of Social security regulations in India i.e. Labor laws applicability
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Should have worked on compensation benchmarking / job evaluation knowledge
- Preference for candidates who have exposure to International compensation
