Experience Range- 8 -12 Years
Reports To: Head Human Resources-Europe
Job Location - Gr.Noida
Shift Time -UK (1:30 PM to 10:00PM OR 2:30 PM to 11:00PM)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to annual perspective planning from an HR perspective.
Providing key business inputs and advising business from an HR perspective.
Management of the recruitment and headcount budget
Review and manage new starter and leaver processes, including induction, exit interviews etc.
Oversee travel arrangement and settlement in UK for employees on assignment from India
Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the company.
Keep up to date with legal developments and advise the management as needed on and relevant strategies and solutions needed and update company documentation accordingly.
Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters as needed.
Maintain and develop as needed HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of all employees and ensure that the staff handbook and other policies are comprehensive and up-to-date.
Ensure that managers and staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
Ensure that staff are informed and updated on key business and organizational updates.
Liaise with corporate HR (India) as needed and manage the performance management processes.
Management of promotions and role changes
In consultation with line managers, follow up individual development needs and source external training provision as and when required, monitoring training costs against budget.
Administer the evaluation of all learning and development activities.
Maintain training records for all staff and assist with any training initiatives, as required.
Manage the annual salary review process.
Conduct benefit reviews and renewals as required and make recommendations as appropriate
Management of annual compensation letters
Management of annual sales target letters/Variable compensation target letters.
Represent HR and participate in various internal groups and committees across the organisation.

Skills & Experience required
Appropriate level of generalist HR management experience
Sound working knowledge of operational HR issues
Previous experience initiating HR Policy and procedure
Sound legislative knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate complex, sensitive and contentious information
A positive, can-do approach to HR challenges and complexity
Willingness to cooperate intensively with the global HR department as part of the European HR team
Proactive team player but able to act on own initiative and take responsibility as needed
Intercultural skills (desirable)
Total Experience 8-10 years
