Role Purpose & Summary
Responsible for monitoring, running check lists, escalations to higher tier, incident handling, liaising with backend teams for Genesys outbound dialer / LCM (List Campaign Manager) applications. Performing first level administrative tasks and should have fair understanding of system architecture of outbound dialer, campaign management based applications. The key responsibility is to promptly respond to all production issues and ensure immediate response and maximum uptime. Also to carry out routine BAU changes and schedule activities.
2-3 years of experience in Contact center industry.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience on Outbound dialler platform (Genesys or Acqueon LCM) both for IVR blaster and agent based.
Should be able to coordinate with OEM for any L4 / PE support with necessary logs or configuration details.
Prior experience with Enterprise type accounts (L1/L2/L3 support)
Also required understanding of voice network technologies and products.
Exposure to Database and Windows/Linux is desirable.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
