Job Description – Lead Generation Executive
This candidate will be responsible for making outbound call to Asia-Pacific contacts (mainly Singapore) and generate leads for the campaign. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed targets, the candidate should feel comfortable communicating fluently in English with prospects.
Campaign Overview – This is a lead generation campaign for a technology client. The prospects need to be called and enrolled for attending web seminars and content syndication. Content syndication is when web-based content is re-published by a third-party website. Any kind of digital content can be syndicated, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos and more. The content creator gets free exposure and publicity, and backlinks to their own website, which in turn boosts their organic traffic. This is not a sales campaign; it is a lead generation campaign. The objective is to get people to attend free webinars and receive content created by the clients.
Work timings – 8 hours login time + two 30 min breaks, shifts between 6:30 AM to 5PM. Total 9 hours shift. These are indicative timings and may change subject to client preferences. 5 days working in a week.
This is a work from home role - Own computer, headset and high speed internet required. Suitable place available in the house with no distraction/ noise during work hours.
Responsibilities Complete login time of at least 8 hours/day within the work window. Meet the lead generation targets. Maintain high integrity, politeness, professionalism and courtesy throughout – Client communication as well as internal communication. Help with reports and other supporting activities as may be required.

Good communication, comprehension and grammar skills – proficiency in the English language Strong phone presence and ability to dial with high energy through the shift Strong listening and presentation skills 1-2 years international B2B voice experience preferred.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
